Well, Reese is Potty-Trainined-Ish! (I say "potty-trained-ish" because she wears pull-ups to bed and on long car journeys.) We had a potty party at our house on Saturday, just Reesey and me. I am a major fan of this potty training! Worked great for both my kids! She has only had one accident since Saturday morning (that's 48 hours)! Yay Reese!!
She is very proud.
I think what she is trying to say with her body language and facial expression is:
"Can you believe how many stickers I got the first day!!??"
This is what we did all morning long: hung out with Reese in just underwear, drank lots of fun drinks, played, and talked about the potty.
This is what I showed Reese when she "taught" her baby doll to go potty on the toilet. She immediately wanted to wear big girl underwear so she could get in on this action!
Here's hoping this whole potty training thing sticks for her. Only one accident (and it wasn't on the carpet!), two days and counting!
